This database consists of applicants with a variety of credit types. The largest percentage of applicants are interested in a loan for a home they already own and submitted an online application. No more than 20% of the total number of applicants will be looking for new homes. ALL applications are assigned while the applicant is on the phone with one of our quality control representatives via 3 way calling. Additional filters and criteria can be discussed with your representative.

Premium Database Description: (Exclusive)
This database consists of applicants with a variety of credit types. The largest percentage of applicants are interested in a loan for a home they already own and submitted an online application. No more than 20% of the total number of applicants will be looking for new homes. Most applications are assigned within minutes of the application being submitted, although some applications can be up to 24 hrs old. Additional filters and criteria can be discussed with your representative.

Economy Database Description: (Fresh Overflow)
This database consists of applicants with a variety of loan types including a large percentage of applicants looking for a new home purchase. Many applicants in this database may be in areas where we currently do not have enough buyers to accommodate the data. Most applications are assigned within minutes of application being submitted, although some applications can be up to 24 hrs old. Additional filters and criteria can be discussed wiht your representative.

Aftermarket Database Description: (clearing house lists and aged internet leads)
This database consists of applicants with a variety of loan and credit types. Our data builds up over time and can be queried to supply large lists of aged internet refinance or home buyer mortgage leads. Most often we get requests for small files of 30 day old leads for individual use or large files of 20,000 or more records for telemarketing. Additional filters and criteria can be discussed with your representative. We have a variety of targeted databases to pull from.
